FlowStack is free to download on iPhone, iPad, and Android. Most of the app is available for free with no account required, and every new download includes a 7-day free trial of premium. Does FlowStack have a free trial?

Yes. Every new download includes a 7-day free trial of premium, so you can explore all features before deciding whether to upgrade. The trial is activated through the App Store/Play store and requires a payment method, but you will not be charged until the 7 days are up. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed. You can easily cancel the trial by going to the app -> Settings - > Manage subscription which takes you immediately to your App Store or Play store subscription manager and you can cancel it in one or two taps.

After the trial ends, FlowStack reverts to the free version, which still includes most of the app:

• Unlimited one-off tasks and sessions

• Focus timer with Live Activities and Dynamic Island support (iOS)

• 7-day focus history in statistics

• Up to 2 saved templates or routines

Most of the app is free forever. The trial lets you experience premium features like 30-day statistics, per-task timing (when each task in your session is scheduled to finish).

If you decide to continue with premium after the trial, the monthly plan at £3.99 is the lowest-commitment option, or save ~52% by going yearly. These prices are subject to change and based on your country and platform.

How much does FlowStack cost?

What does premium include?

Is there a difference between monthly and yearly premium?

No. Both plans give you the same full set of premium features. The only difference is price and commitment length. Yearly works out to roughly £1.92 per month, compared to £3.99 on the monthly plan. Yearly is billed yearly.

There are no hidden fees, no upsells inside the app, and no ads on any plan.

How do I download FlowStack on iPhone?

FlowStack is available on the App Store for iPhone and iPad. Here is how to get it:

1. Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad

2. Search for "FlowStack"

3. Tap Get to download (it is free)

4. Open the app and add your first task. No account or sign-up required.

Requirements: iOS 16.2 or later, iPadOS 16.2 or later.

Takes about 10 seconds to set up. Enter a task name, set a duration, and tap start. That is all it takes to run your first focus session.

Can I use FlowStack on Android?

Can I use FlowStack without creating an account?

Yes. FlowStack works fully without an account. Download it, open it, and start your first focus session immediately.

If you choose not to create an account:

• All your tasks, templates, and statistics are stored locally on your device

• Nothing is sent to a server

• If you uninstall the app, your data will not be recoverable

Creating an account is optional and unlocks cross-device sync for your templates. Your streaks, number of completed tasks, focused minutes, and templates are backed up so you can access them if you switch phones or reinstall the app.
